Topway Plastic Products Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our team in Bestari Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality of our manufacturing processes and products. With your expertise in quality assurance and control, you will ensure our operations meet the highest industry standards.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement quality control systems, processes and procedures to monitor and maintain product quality
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods to identify and resolve quality issues
• Analyse quality data and generate reports to identify trends and recommend corrective/preventive actions
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality problems in a timely manner
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control measures and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, standards and quality management techniques
• Support the continuous improvement of quality systems and processes

What we're looking for

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools and techniques
• Proficient in data analysis and report generation
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
