Responsibilities

• Assist in processing Sales Orders under supervision.
• Help compile and summarize weekly sales reports.
• Prepare outstanding order reports upon request.
• Support in compiling Tender sales uptake reports monthly.
• Assist in resolving delivery issues and coordinate with teams.
• Coordinate with forwarders on delivery status.
• Verify forwarder invoices for local LCL shipments.
• Raise consignment stock requisitions and returns as instructed.
• Attend incoming phone calls as backup support.
