Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Pleasant personality, hardworking, and committed to completing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the tender process and prepare tender documents.
• Support in evaluating contractor quotations and progress claims.
• Assist in updating cost data and monitoring project budgets.
• Participate in site meetings and conduct site valuations.
• Prepare cost estimates and internal cost control reports.
• Maintain proper documentation for QS-related information.
• Highlight potential cost discrepancies and variations.
• Perform other QS-related duties assigned by management.
