What To Expect

As a Junior Quality Engineer, you will support the quality team in monitoring, documenting, and improving hardware and software components for automotive HMI controls in series production. You will monitor supplier quality performance, follow up on issues, and support validation and release processes in series production to meet customer requirements and quality standards.

YOUR TASKS
  • Support validation and approval of hardware/software changes in production.
  • Assist in monitoring supplier quality performance.
  • Document quality results and prepare reports for customer and internal team.
  • Learn and apply problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, root cause analysis).
  • Support follow-up of open issues and corrective actions.
  • Gain exposure to audits and compliance processes.
  • Work closely with experienced Quality Engineers, Project Lead, and SE-TL
YOUR PROFILE
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Quality, or related field).
  • First experience in automotive (e.g., internship, student project, thesis) is a plus, but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of quality methods and production processes desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and motivated to grow.
  • Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.
