Job summary

A manufacturing company in Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced professional to manage quality control activities and handle customer complaints. Job description
Responsibilities
  • To be aligned with the company’s Vision, Mission and Guiding Principle
  • To work towards achieving the company’s KPIs and departmental KPI
  • Arrange and monitoring quality control activities according to quality plan
  • Coordinate with relevant department on rejected part
  • To analyze and respond appropriately to product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint
  • Determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
  • Communicate and coordinate with relevant department for the arrangement of replacement goods manpower, transportation and etc.
  • Recording details of complaints, comments, corrective actions and preventive actions
  • Preparation of monthly summary reports for management review and approval
Qualifications
  • Knowledge in QMS and EMS
  • Knowledge in QC tools
  • Experience of investigating and responding to customer complaints
  • Ability to analyze complex customer complaint or feedback issues
  • Ability to communicate effectively and sensitively
  • Proven ability to ‘sell start’ and organize a complex workload and work to strict deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Bachelor Degree/Diploma in related field
  • Minimum 3 year experience in similar function
