Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Sales Support Executive to enhance procurement processes and support the sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least a Diploma and 3 years of experience in a relevant field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP are crucial. This full-time position offers a salary range of RM5,000 to RM7,000 bimonthly and aims to foster strong relationships with suppliers and customers.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent.
• PC literate and familiar with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table and V-Lookup).
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Involved in sourcing, analyzing costs, and preparing sales quotations.
• Negotiate the best commercial and technical package for procurement.
• Support the sales team in preparing quotes and contracts.
