Responsibilities

  • Greeting members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Assisting with the daily operations and maintenance of the clubhouse.
  • Planning, coordinating, and facilitating recreational activities.
  • Enforcing rules, ensuring guest safety, and following emergency protocols.
  • Operating point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and processing payments.
  • Providing support to front‑line teams.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greeting members and guests in a friendly, professional manner, answering telephones, handling inquiries, and providing information about available activities and facilities.
  • Facility Operations & Maintenance: Assisting with the daily operations and maintenance of the clubhouse and activity areas. This includes routine cleaning tasks, setting up/dismantling equipment safely, and ensuring all equipment is stored securely.
  • Activity Support: Assisting in planning, coordinating, and facilitating recreational and sports activities (e.g., pickleball event, shooting‑range programs).
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforcing rules, height/age restrictions where applicable, ensuring guest safety, and following emergency protocols.
  • Administrative Tasks: Operating point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, processing payments for equipment rentals, facility use, or retail sales, and assisting with membership processes and facility bookings.
  • Team and client support: Assist front‑line teams and provide support to help them perform their duties efficiently.
