Job description
Responsibilities
  • Prepare for the project slide presentations.
  • Produce landscape design plans, 3D visuals, and technical drawings.
  • Prepare the Bill of Quantities (BQ) and project cost estimation.
  • Liaise with local authority clients (PBT), consultants, and contractors.
  • Plan annual planting layouts according to themes, colours, and flower types based on clients (PBT) requirements.
  • Establish planting schedules and annual plant replacement schedules (rotation schedule).
  • Monitor work quality, planting progress, and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Handle project documentation including site reports, Delivery Orders (DO), and Requests for Information (RFI).
  • Manage, prepare, and submit monthly claims (progress claims).
Qualifications
  • Candidate with a bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or any related field.
  • Proficient in using ACAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or equivalent software.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Capable to do problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality projects.
