Job summary

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Payroll administration & Leave maintenance.
  • Liaise with government/private agencies such as EPF, SOCSO, Immigration, insurance, embassies, ensuring all benefits are in compliance with the minimum Employment Act requirements.
  • Analyse training needs and plan Training Calendar.
  • Conduct induction training and coordinate training courses to ensure all planned training is conducted to fill training gaps and administer HRDF funds.
  • Handle disciplinary matters and employee grievances to promote positive employee relations.
  • Liaise with insurance companies regarding claim submissions, staff enrollment and termination matters.
  • Liaise with the Labour Office for any related matters.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or any relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and hands‑on experience needed.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR functions (Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Training & Development and other relevant areas).
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Excel and demonstrated record‑keeping abilities.
  • Effective oral and written communication; excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • High level of confidentiality & excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work either in a team or independently under minimum supervision.
