Job summary

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final-year student with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Excel, IFCA, and ACCPAC accounting software are added advantages.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure timely completion of monthly full set management accounts.
• Handle day-to-day operations of accounting transactions.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation of accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare and monitor the annual budget and forecast.
• Collaborate with other departments for accurate accounting data.
• Liaise with auditors and other regulatory authorities.
