Junior E-Commerce Operation & Service Executive

Manage daily e-commerce operations, including product listings and platform maintenance.

Ensure product information, pricing, and promotions are accurate and up to date.

Design and manage ManyChat workflows to improve customer engagement and response time.

Execute and monitor advertisement campaigns on e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada).

Handle customer inquiries and after-sales support, ensuring timely issue resolution.

Monitor sales performance and inventory levels to support business growth.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

Foster customer relationships through proactive engagement and support.

Support other e-commerce–related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Digital Business, Digital Marketing / E-Commerce, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the health or consumer goods sector.
  • Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada and knowledge of digital marketing principles.
  • Experience with ManyChat or similar customer engagement tools is an advantage.
  • Strong customer service skills, emphasizing responsiveness and problem resolution.
  • A customer‑centric mindset that prioritizes the satisfaction and experience of customers.
