A leading e-commerce company in Malaysia is seeking a Junior E-Commerce Operation & Service Executive to manage daily operations, including product listings and customer engagement through tools like ManyChat. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Digital Business or related fields, and 1-2 years of experience, preferably in health or consumer goods. Manage daily e-commerce operations, including product listings and platform maintenance.
Ensure product information, pricing, and promotions are accurate and up to date.
Design and manage ManyChat workflows to improve customer engagement and response time.
Execute and monitor advertisement campaigns on e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada).
Handle customer inquiries and after-sales support, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Monitor sales performance and inventory levels to support business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
Foster customer relationships through proactive engagement and support.
Support other e-commerce–related tasks as assigned.
