Junior Conveyancing Lawyer

Responsibilities:

• Handle SPA (Developer’s project works & sub-sale), loan documentation and all other conveyancing related matters such as tenancy agreement, perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge, etc.
• Liaise and attend client signing, and liaise with bankers and various government authorities.
• Attend to clients, correspondences, prepare status reports, and other types of work assigned by the firm from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Possess valid practising certificate.
• Well-organised, meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Good working attitude, responsible & mindful of turnaround times for work completion.
• Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, as well as a team.
• Good interpersonal and interaction skills.
• Good (spoken and written) English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak/read Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Possess own transport for signing and willing to work on weekend for signing.
