Key Responsibilities
  • Legal Assistance: Assist lawyers in handling conveyancing files (sub-sale, loan documentation, discharge of charge, etc.) from initial opening to completion.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct land searches, bankruptcy searches, and company searches with the relevant authorities.
  • Client Relations: Serve as a key point of contact, liaising professionally with clients, property agents, bankers, and government bodies to update them on file status.
  • Documentation: Prepare, compile, and organize legal documents and forms for submission to land offices and other authorities.
  • Administrative Support: Manage file organization, data entry, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
