We are looking for a Jr. Graphic Designer / Graphic Designer to join our team and support the design work for the Brand

Finance Plc. group of companies, including Brand Finance, Brand Dialogue and Brand Exchange.

The ideal candidate can expect to help produce industry-leading analytical reports, create infographics and designs for social media, assist with overall marketing designs and work alongside a group of experienced and passionate colleagues.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design clear, visually engaging layouts, social media assets, presentations and other visuals, that turn complex data and research into compelling visuals.
• Create and maintain templates, layouts, and design assets to support consistent, scalable presentation production.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor reports for different audiences, including executives, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Simplify dense content and data sets into easy-to-understand visuals that support business objectives and retain accuracy.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and revise work based on stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure all design work follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Keep up with design and data visualization trends to continuously improve quality and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Diploma/degree in creative media studies such as Graphic Design / Advertising with prior work experience, supported by a portfolio in graphic design work focused on layouts, social media, data visualization, presentation materials, etc. with familiarity of other design tools/software.
• Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in layout design.
• Provide strong portfolio showcasing presentation, layout, and data visualization work.
• Advanced Adobe CC & PowerPoint skills.
• Strong eye for layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) & ability to confidently converse in English to support regional teams based outside of Malaysia.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to multi-tasking and manage competing priorities simultaneously with good time management skills.
