Job description

Overview

Lead on the assesses of proper material, tooling, jig, fixture and equipment selection. Developing process required fixture & Jig and ensure there are proper implementation in production line during or before new design and process. Monitor the development and strategy for specific sawing/singulation products, configuration and deployment of Jigsaw solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology (Mechanical / Manufacturing Technology).
• Strong proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese Literate) - To deal with Taiwanese customer.
• Position to be based in ISO Technology Sdn Bhd (Subsidiary of Globetronics) at Bayan Lepas.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Lead the process control and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Sustain Machine performance in terms of Down Time, MTBA, MTBF and Throughput.
• Lead continuous improvement project related to machine performance or cost saving.
• Manage resources in terms of shift coverage, discipline and training.
• Support on audit (internal, external and customer).
• Manage documentation related to equipment (edit or create documentation of Procedure, Machine OCAP, Machine FMEA, Check list & etc).

Other Skills

• Proficient in Minitab, 8D report writing, and quality tools (PPAP, FAI, CPK, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949 standards.
• Knowledge and hands on experience on machine Singulation machine especially on Disco Saw will be added advantages.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and a team player with excellent communication and analytical skills.
