Job Duties
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all parties involved.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives, and ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Organize, attend and participate in project meetings, and record minutes.
  • Designing and controlling the project schedule.
  • Analyse and assess project risks and opportunities, and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Help prepare project budgets.
  • Translate documents from Japanese to English and vice versa whenever necessary.
Requirements
  • Project Manager / Gaming industry experience.
  • High level of proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N1-N2 level).
  • Exceptional presentation skills and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong working knowledge in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
  • Ability to analyse projects thoroughly and plan strategies.
  • Possess leadership qualities.
