Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills on PC, laptop, printer, CCTV, and peripherals.
• Experience in Microsoft Office and Windows OS (10 and above).
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Active Directory.
• Conduct regular stock counts on IT spare part inventory.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly Windows updates.
• Install and troubleshoot software.
• Prepare and troubleshoot end-users' PCs/laptops.
• Undertake allocated service requests and helpdesk tickets.

STRONG TROUBLESHOOT SKILL ON PC, LAPTOP, PRINTER, CCTV , AND PERIPHERALS RELATED ISSUE

EXPERIENCE IN MICROSOFT OFFICE AND OPERATING SYSTEM LIKE WINDOWS 10 AND ABOVE

PERFORM QUARTERLY WINDOWS UPDATE

SOFTWARE INSTALLATION AND TROUBLESHOOTING

SETTING UP/PREPARATION/TROUBLESHOOTING END USERS PC / LAPTOP

UNDERTAKE ALLOCATED SERVICE REQUEST & HELPDESK TICKET, PROVIDE TIMELY UPDATE TO USERS

BASIC UNDERSTANDING ON MICROSOFT ACTIVE DIRECTORY CONCEPT

REGULAR STOCK COUNT ON IT SPARE PART INVENTORY AND TIMELY REPLENISH THE INVENTORY

PROVIDE ACCURATE PC/LAPTOP/PRINTER INVENTORY. TIMELY PURCHASE REQUIRED UNITS FOR THE DEMAND

PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR BOTH HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ISSUES ON OUR USERS' ENCOUNTERS
