A technology solutions provider in Malaysia is seeking an IT Administrator for a 12-month contract role. Responsibilities include system patching, managing backups, and administering Windows Active Directory. The ideal candidate should have a relevant qualification in Engineering or IT and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in both English and Malay, good communication skills, and experience with security hardening are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodic system patching and upgrade.

• Plan and deploy fixes for Security hardening and vulnerability assessment report.
• Monitor IT infrastructure performance and produce periodic capacity planning report.
• Document and update SOP.

Candidate requirements

• Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication),Computer Science / Information Technology
• Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
• Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written.
