Technical Implementation

Aligning with organizational goals, responsible for implementing technical solutions, driving business digitalization through process planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement.

Solution Development

Focused on core business and growth, capable of efficiently and accurately identifying, describing, and resolving business process and system issues.

Product & R&D Collaboration

Extracting user requirements and improvement feedback from implementation projects, collaborating closely with product managers, and orderly advancing technical implementation.

Project Coordination
  • Short-term: Responsible for preparing project implementation plans and documentation, summarizing lessons learned, and driving internal process improvements.
  • Long-term: Responsible for building system project processes to ensure standardized project operations.
Additional Responsibilities
  1. System Operations & Maintenance: Deploy IT technologies to stores and continuously optimize and improve them.
  2. Problem Solving: Identify IT-related issues and provide technical solutions. Work effectively with technical staff to resolve issues in an organized manner.
  3. Project Management: Possess document editing skills and establish more standardized operational processes.
Role Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science.

Proficient in both Mandarin and English (mandatory). We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

Experience in B2B system operations, or experience in the F&B or retail chain industry is preferred.

Experience working in large internet companies is a plus; experience in the chain F&B industry is also preferred.

Knowledge in computer-related disciplines; experience in computer-related work or project management is a plus.
