Responsibilities
  • Handle employees’ IT-related issues, including computers, printers, networks, and software support.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade company IT equipment.
  • Maintain inventory records, including IT asset registration, issuance, disposal, and updates.
  • Assist in basic maintenance of servers, network devices, and WiFi infrastructure.
  • Manage user accounts, including creation, permission setup, and deactivation.
  • Monitor network stability and connectivity, and promptly resolve network downtime or slow performance issues.
  • Assist the IT Manager/Supervisor in implementing the company’s IT security policies, including antivirus management, firewall configuration, and IT security awareness training.

Skills & Requirements
  • 1–3 years of IT support experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other common office software.
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routers, switches).
  • Knowledge of hardware assembly, diagnostics, and troubleshooting is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of IT security concepts is a plus.
  • Occasional travel between Johor Bahru and Kulai is required; having own transportation is preferred.
