About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at VSTECS Ku Sdn Bhd. As an IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of IT projects within our organisation. This full-time position is based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, and will involve managing projects across various aspects of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure the successful completion of IT projects
• Coordinating and managing cross-functional teams, including IT, business, and external stakeholders, to ensure effective collaboration and communication
• Identifying and mitigating project risks, and implementing appropriate risk management strategies
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Ensuring projects adhere to company policies, industry standards, and best practices
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient project management techniques

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in a similar industry
• Familiar with enterprise IT solutions such as Cloud services and Data Center Infrastructure
• Certification in project management, such as PMP, Scrum Master or PRINCE2, is an advantage
• Proficient in the use of project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
