Job description

This role is based within AEON360, a subsidiary of AEON Credit as the Agile Project Manager. You will lead cross-functional squads to deliver Aeon360’s digital platforms and cloud-native apps and web portals. You will drive project execution using Agile/Hybrid delivery methods, outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Delivery & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end delivery for multiple concurrent initiatives across web/mobile platforms and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Facilitate and coaching agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Refinement, Review, Retro)
  • Own delivery plans, sprint velocity tracking, milestone management, and release readiness.
  • Remove blockers and manage dependencies between Product, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure and Partners.
Stakeholder & Product Collaboration
  • Partner with Product Owners / Business Owners to translate roadmaps into workable sprint plans and milestones.
  • Drive requirements clarity with structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and scope boundaries
  • Engage stakeholders across business and technology to align expectations, delivery timelines, and outcomes.
PMO Governance & Standards Enforcement
  • Define and implement best-practice PMO standards, templates, and controls across the technology delivery portfolio (e.g., project charter, risk management framework, status reporting cadence).
  • Provide guidance and coaching to Pod Teams and Tribe Leadson adherence to governance standards, ensuring consistency and quality in project artifacts and processes.
  • Lead the enforcement of governance policies and stage-gate requirements, ensuring key project decisions and sign-offs are obtained and documented before proceeding to the next phase.
  • Conduct regular audits or checks on project health, documentation completeness, and compliance with delivery methodologies.
  • Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and escalation action plans.
  • Ensure projects meet PMO governance: status reporting, stage gates, approvals, and documentation standards.
  • Provide weekly project reporting including delivery health, timeline variance, and mitigation actions.
  • Coordinate vendor delivery performance, manage deliverables, and enforce SLAs where needed.
  • Validate deliverables against acceptance criteria and support UAT coordination.
Quality, Release & Go-Live Readiness
  • Ensure readiness across QA, UAT, security checks, release planning, cutover and hypercare support.
  • Support change management needs including communications, user training, and adoption readiness.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3–7 years of experience in Agile Project Management / Scrum / Digital Delivery
  • Strong knowledge in Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and Waterfall (Hybrid) delivery environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (business + technical)
  • Working knowledge of cloud environments (GCP preferred) and modern software delivery lifecycle (CI/CD concepts)
  • Familiar with project management tools such as Atlassian suites - JIRA / Confluence and reporting tools.
