Job summary

A leading energy company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced professional to establish and implement an operations and maintenance team for industrial projects. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in digital manufacturing roles, leading at least 2 key projects. Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malaysian is essential. This role needs solid project management skills and experience in developing digital manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital manufacturing-related positions.
• Experience leading at least 2 digital manufacturing projects (e.g., MES, WMS, QMS).
• Solid knowledge in computer-related fields.

Job description

Establish and implement an operations and maintenance team to provide project support for current and future industrialization.

Provide systematic guidance to team members to enhance team cohesion and unity.

Overall plan and select early-stage solutions and project initiation for intelligent manufacturing projects.

Identify project progress and risks, coordinate project resources, and resolve project risks.

Responsible for the final review of business solutions.

Resolve complex issues in operations and maintenance projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above.

Over 5 years of experience in digital manufacturing-related positions, with skills in planning and designing digital manufacturing system solutions.

Having planned and led the implementation of at least 2 digital manufacturing projects (e.g., MES, WMS, QMS, etc.).

Solid computer-related professional knowledge and proficiency in at least one programming and database language.

Teamwork and team management experience.

Skilled in communication in Chinese-Mandarin(Need liaise the HQ of China and Supplier in China), English, and Malaysian.
