1. IT Infrastructure & Retail Systems Management
  • Oversee and maintain POS, inventory, and e-commerce systems to ensure smooth retail operations.
  • Ensure store networks, servers, and cloud systems are stable, secure, and up to date.
  • Manage system integrations, ensuring all platforms communicate effectively.
  • Minimize downtime by proactively identifying and resolving technical issues.
2. IT Support & Operations
  • Provide technical support for stores, warehouse, and HQ, troubleshooting issues efficiently.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.
3. Security & Compliance
  • Implement and enforce IT security protocols, ensuring data protection and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop, test, and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Monitor and safeguard POS and customer data from cyber threats.
4. Vendor & Budget Management
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of IT equipment and software.
  • Prepare and manage IT budgets, optimizing costs while maintaining efficiency.
5. Team Leadership & Training
  • Lead and develop the IT support team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Train retail staff on IT systems, cybersecurity awareness, and best practices.
  • Allocate resources effectively to handle IT projects and daily operations.
6. Strategic IT Planning
  • Collaborate with senior management to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
  • Recommend new technologies and software solutions to enhance retail operations and customer experience.
  • Oversee IT projects, including system integration, software rollout, and store technology upgrades.
Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in a retail environment.
  3. Strong hands-on experience with retail systems, including POS systems, inventory management, pricing, and promotion systems.
  4. Solid knowledge of store IT infrastructure such as servers, networking, Wi-Fi, CCTV, handheld devices, scanners, and payment terminals.
  5. Experience supporting multi-outlet retail operations and managing IT support across multiple locations.
  6. Good understanding of system integration between POS, finance, inventory, and reporting platforms.
  7. Ability to handle urgent operational issues, system downtime, and incident escalation in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  8. Good communication skills to liaise with management, store teams, and external parties.
  9. Willingness to travel and provide on‑site support at retail outlets when required.
