Job description

To develop, implement and maintain IT processes for service request fulfilment and problem management, develop, analyse, and report on metrics from the IT service management system

To develop security measures to protect computer networks from unauthorized access, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and antivirus software.

To develop, evaluate, propose, and execute project plan to enhancement or development for existing or new business system.

To motivate, develop associates, and formulate annual goals for team members and department.

To develop, justify, and managing IT budgets and expenditures to ensure that projects are completed within time and budget constraints.

To report to company management team for the IT program and project status as and when is needed.

Job Requirements: Qualification and relevant experiences:

Proven track record of IT department budget, resources, operation, and workflow planning and management.

Proven track record related to IT projects delivery, business system enhancement and development.

Proven track record to evaluation and selection of products, tools, services, and infrastructure components in line with organization’s business needs and architectural principles.

Experience in infrastructure and data centre projects, specifically focused on servers, storage, telecom, networking, and associated technologies is a nice to have.

Able to work under deadlines to meet strict project objective and goals.

Degree or Master of Information Technology related certificate with minimum 5 years to manage IT department with more than 5 IT staff. Or with more than 10 years’ experience to manage IT department with more than IT 5 staff.

Good understanding of core business processes for retails, IOT, and Hospitality is an asset.

Professional Certifications such as UTIL, Prince2, PMP, PMI-PBA, RCDD, CBAP or CCBA is preferred.
