Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and support the technical operations for our office environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security compliance in accordance with TIS standards, policies and procedure.
• Serve as the technical and communications liaison to stakeholders and office key users for TIS communications, initiatives and needs assessments.
• Responsible for procurement, installation and life‑cycle maintenance of IT hardware and software (includes PCs, servers, networking equipment, operating systems and other software).
• Provide new staff with PC and account setup.
• Serve as the IT point of contact and accountable for the IT positioning of new office setups, office expansions, and office relocation, including the installation of LAN and PC equipment.
• Responsible for local IT vendor, contract and outsourcing management.
• Responsible for monitoring data backups in office to ensure that they are completed on a regular basis.
• Keep up to date with IT systems in the workplace while having an understanding of emerging technologies.
• Any other duties as assigned by Management.
