Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
• Troubleshooting and responding to IT related matters/breakdowns.
• Responding promptly to service issues and requests.
• Setting up office equipment for new joiners.
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
• Liaising with suppliers for IT related purchases.
• Maintaining records of software licenses.
• Handling ISO related requirements and documentation preparation.
• Ensuring the security of data and network access.
• Performing ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
