Job summary

A technology company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to develop, support, and maintain enterprise systems such as ERP and HRMS. The role involves full involvement in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to system deployment and support. Ideal candidates will have a degree in IT or related fields and a minimum of 3 years of experience. Knowledge of Bold BI, Syncfusion, SQL, and Crystal Reports is preferred. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in system/application support and development.
• Hands-on experience with Bold BI/Syncfusion, SQL, and REST API integration is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing systems (ERP, HRMS, WMS) is an added advantage.

We are looking for experienced IT Engineer to develop, support, and maintain enterprise systems such as ERP, HRMS, Joget DX, and BI dashboards (Bold BI / Syncfusion). You’ll be involved in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from gathering requirements to system deployment and support.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from users.
• Develop applications, workflows (Joget DX), dashboards (Bold BI / Syncfusion).
• Provide support and customization for ERP and HRMS systems.
• Automate processes and integrate systems using APIs.
• Design and maintain reports using Crystal Reports.
• Conduct testing, user training, and prepare systems documentation.
• Support software license tracking and IT asset management.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/Computer Science, or other related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in system/application support and development.
• Hands on experience Bold BI/Syncfusion, SQL (MS SQL/MariaDB), Crystal Reports, REST API integration preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Experience in manufacturing systems (ERP, HRMS, WMS) is an added advantage.
• Added advantage: Joget Certified Developer, BI Tool Certification, ITIL Foundation, Internal Auditor for ISO 13845/14001.
