Overview

Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

Office: Uptown, PJ

Location: Klang Valley (with occasional outstation travel)

Reports to: Country Manager

Salary Range: RM5,000 – RM10,000 (Basic Salary, no commission for now)

About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Relationship Manager to be the key contact person for our IT solutions company (backend services). This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to directly contribute to the companys growth by building strong client relationships and driving new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and the company, ensuring excellent client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage client relationships with a balance of 30% farming (managing existing accounts) and 70% hunting (new business development).
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and meetings to introduce and promote the companys IT solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with the technical and pre-sales team (20+ IT professionals) to prepare proposals, solutions, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Work closely with the Country Manager and management team to execute business development strategies and close deals as a team.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline opportunities.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and build long-term trusted relationships with clients.
Qualifications
  • Female candidate (open race).
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel frequently within Klang Valley and occasionally outstation.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably in IT solutions or related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Confidence in conducting presentations and client engagements.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player in closing deals.
  • Technical knowledge is not required at entry; training and support will be provided by the pre-sales/technical team.
