Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure all UniKL MITEC assets are properly recorded and updated.
• Assist in the usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UniKL MITEC PCs, workstations, and notebooks.
• Provide support for the usage and maintenance of major IT equipment.
• Support and assist end users with ICT-related requests or complaints.
• Provide technical support for audio and visual system requirements during events.
