Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Application Support to join our team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full‑time position and a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

What you’ll be doing

Respond promptly on‑site and resolve user issues during the use of systems (mainly ERP (JDE), MES, WMS, OA, etc.) and provide daily business support.

Primary contact with backend development/design teams of each system to handle complex issues and requirements, and follow up to complete.

Proactively identify non‑compliant issues and improvement suggestions during system usage and feedback.

Provide operation manuals and user training.

Participate in project rollouts and upgrade current system.

Collaborate with other departments to understand IT needs and deliver effective technical solutions.

Ensure documentation of IT processes, systems, and troubleshooting steps is maintained and up‑to‑date.

To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

What we’re looking for

Possess Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, familiar with basic manufacturing processes.

At least 2 years of implementation, development, or support experience in at least two of the following systems: ERP, MES, WMS, OA.

Strong learning ability and willingness to learn new systems.

Proactive work attitude, good communication skills, team spirit, and strong sense of responsibility.

Fluent in English and Mandarin communication.

Experience with JDE is preferred.
