Job description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Packer to join our Inventory Department. This role ensures products are picked, checked, packed, and delivered accurately and safely to our customers. You will support both Operations and Administration teams in a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Picking & Packing 📦

• Pick products accurately based on Delivery Order (DO)
• Pack items securely to avoid damage
• Ensure each parcel includes the correct DO
• Take clear photos of picked items for internal verification

2. Quality Control 🔍

• Inspect products for defects, leaks, dents, expiry dates, and batch numbers
• Ensure all products are clean and in good condition
• Verify correct product variant and quantity
• Report defective items immediately
• Maintain quality standards for all packing materials

3. Stock Handling 📊

• Record stock in/out/return accurately
• Arrange stock neatly in designated areas
• Assist in receiving stock (check quantity, condition, product type)
• Support monthly stock count and report submission

4. Delivery Coordination 🚚

• Prepare orders for courier, Lalamove, or self-collection
• Ensure all parcels are dispatched on time
• Handle waybills and basic delivery documentation

5. Warehouse Organization 🏷️

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse area
• Ensure packing materials are stocked and properly arranged
• Follow safety and housekeeping SOPs

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Responsible, punctual, and reliable
• Able to work independently and follow SOP
• Basic communication skills

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in packing, warehouse, logistics, or stock management
• Familiar with inventory forms or basic stock systems
