The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture or related fields, with 2-3 years of experience in consultancy or property development. Strong design sense, attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant software are crucial. Communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English are essential, as is the ability to work in a team and travel for site inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in consultancy or property development.
• Experience with high-rise, mixed development, or township projects is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• Willing to travel for meetings and site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee interior architecture projects from concept to completion.
• Involve in planning and coordination from design to handover.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure construction follows approved standards.
