Job summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in supervising projects, attend meetings, and coordinate with clients and contractors

Visit and check sites for solar project suitability

Carry out installation of rooftop/ground-mounted solar systems or maintenance work.

Perform routine operation and maintenance of solar PV systems

Perform site inspections, testing, and commissioning

Do O&M tasks: troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, inspections, panel cleaning, repairs, replacement, dismantling and corrective action.

Manage inventory: record items, organise warehouse, ensure safety

Ensure compliance with safety standards and work procedures

Prepare service reports and documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or related field

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of solar systems.

Hands-on experience with Grid Connected PV systems and electrical system.

Able to work at site; physically fit for outdoor work

MUST have valid driving license D

Basic electrical knowledge (Wiring/Chargeman cert is a bonus)

Strong teamwork, responsibility, and problem-solving skills

Preferably candidates with prior solar experience; male candidates preferred due to site nature of work
