Description- Manage and respond to incoming leads and inquiries for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services related to existing solar PV systems.
- Review and monitor upcoming contract expiry for existing clients and proactively initiate the renewal process.
- Coordinate with technical and commercial team to prepare accurate quotations, service proposals, and renewal offers tailored to client needs.
- Track, follow up, and close “close-won” opportunities for both new and renewal contracts using internal CRM systems.
- Work closely with the marketing team to roll out promotional campaigns and lead-generation initiatives for O&M services.
- Maintain a detailed and organized database of leads, prospects, clients, and contract statuses for pipeline visibility and reporting.
- Schedule client meetings and assist in conducting presentations or service walkthroughs when necessary.
- Coordinate internally with the O&M and technical teams to align proposed scopes with actual deliverables and field capabilities.
- Provide after-sales support, handle basic service-related client queries, and ensure smooth transition to O&M execution team.
- Analyze client feedback, service performance, and churn trends to provide insights for service improvement and client retention strategies.
Requirements- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems or electrical services is an added advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint for sales reporting and presentations; experience with CRM tools and Power Automate is a plus.
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel occasionally for client meetings or marketing events.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet sales or contract renewal deadlines.
- Self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing customer accounts and service proposals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
