Job description

Description
  1. Manage and respond to incoming leads and inquiries for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services related to existing solar PV systems.
  2. Review and monitor upcoming contract expiry for existing clients and proactively initiate the renewal process.
  3. Coordinate with technical and commercial team to prepare accurate quotations, service proposals, and renewal offers tailored to client needs.
  4. Track, follow up, and close “close-won” opportunities for both new and renewal contracts using internal CRM systems.
  5. Work closely with the marketing team to roll out promotional campaigns and lead-generation initiatives for O&M services.
  6. Maintain a detailed and organized database of leads, prospects, clients, and contract statuses for pipeline visibility and reporting.
  7. Schedule client meetings and assist in conducting presentations or service walkthroughs when necessary.
  8. Coordinate internally with the O&M and technical teams to align proposed scopes with actual deliverables and field capabilities.
  9. Provide after-sales support, handle basic service-related client queries, and ensure smooth transition to O&M execution team.
  10. Analyze client feedback, service performance, and churn trends to provide insights for service improvement and client retention strategies.


Requirements
  1. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Basic knowledge of solar PV systems or electrical services is an added advantage.
  3. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint for sales reporting and presentations; experience with CRM tools and Power Automate is a plus.
  4. Possess own transportation and willing to travel occasionally for client meetings or marketing events.
  5. Able to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet sales or contract renewal deadlines.
  6. Self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing customer accounts and service proposals.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
