Qualifications

• 3–5 years HR/Recruitment experience in any industry.
• Able to work independently as a standalone HR function.

Responsibilities

• Support management in manpower planning and organisational structure.
• Handle full recruitment cycle for all departments.
• Work with HODs to define KPIs for each role.
• Act as the main HR contact for staff issues and conflict resolution.
