• Inspect and test all incoming material and subcontract services from suppliers.
• Indicate label and inspection status on incoming materials.
• Verify and confirm all incoming materials before release to production or storage.
• Maintain inspection jigs and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Reject and report any non-conformances found.
• Document all inspection results and report to superiors.
• Keep measuring equipment clean and safe.

Job Function

To perform all incoming material and supplies quality checking according to Company’s standard requirement and ensure all defects and variances are being reported and approved before accepted and released.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To inspect and test on all incoming material and sub contract services done from supplier;
• To indicate label and inspection status on incoming material as per work instruction;
• To ensure all incoming materials are verified and confirmed before release to the production floor or storage;
• To ensure all inspection jigs are well maintained and stored at proper and clean location;
• To reject and inform superior on any in coming non-conformances found;
• To document all inspection results by completing reports or forms and report to superior;
• To maintain measuring equipment and device in a clean and safe condition.
