To patrol designated areas in accordance with outlined security procedures.

To respond to emergencies and incidents within designated areas promptly and according to policy.

Not to abandon post at any time without the knowledge and prior permission of the supervisor.

To respond immediately to distress calls, panic alarms, and emergency calls for disorderly conduct, disruptive persons, and incidents swiftly and appropriately.

Requirement:

Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military will be an advantage.

Familiar with CCTV monitoring, access control systems, and basic security equipment.

Good physical condition; able to stand, walk, and patrol for long hours.

No serious medical conditions or disabilities that could affect job performance.

Must be trustworthy, especially when handling sensitive information or valuable company/tenant assets.

Must pass a criminal background check (no criminal record).
