About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Contact Centre Advisors who can deliver exceptional service and sales support to global customers including China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls, outbound calls, and emails.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Promote and upsell products and services.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve performance goals.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (English proficiency is a strong advantage).
  • Previous experience in customer service and sales.
  • Experience handling international customers, especially from China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.

We envisage this role will involve working a shift pattern, Monday to Friday with rotated weekend work.

Shift required:

  • Morning - 6am to 2pm
  • Afternoon - 2pm to 10pm
  • Night - 10pm to 6am
