Job description

Import (Steel Purchases)

• Handle import purchase orders and contracts
• Check shipping documents for accuracy
• Apply for import permits on time

Export Sales

• Prepare export sales contracts and process customer orders
• Manage export documents, billing, permits & Certificate of Origin (CO)
• Follow up on customer payments
• Check freight vendor invoices and process PR / PO / SES

Local Sales

• Prepare local sales contracts
• Process sales orders and billing

Who Can Apply

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Shipping or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome!
• Experience in import/export is an advantage
• Familiar with SAP, Excel, Word, TradeWeb / TradeNet
• Basic knowledge of freight forwarding customs & logistics
• Comfortable with Incoterms and shipping terms
