Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT and projects or BAU in Insurance core systems or Finance systems.
• Experience in implementing or handling core Insurance or financial reporting systems.
• Good understanding of IFRS17 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document user requirements.
• Generate application specifications and integration specifications.
• Facilitate workshops for business users regarding project needs.
• Support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and track progress.
