Job summary

A facility management company in Port Dickson is looking for a technician to perform operations and maintenance on Air Conditioning and Mechanical Systems. Candidates should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience and a relevant Certificate or Diploma. Responsibilities include attending to breakdowns, performing routine inspections, and assisting in scheduled maintenance activities.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Carry out operations, maintenance & repair for Air Conditioning & Mechanical Systems.
• To immediately attend, rectify, and escalate any breakdown and failure of the system or equipment to ensure zero downtime.
• To perform routine rounding on all systems and equipment.
• To perform a visual inspection and data recording.
• To assist & execute PM activity, according to and comply with the schedule and task.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Air Conditioning system operation and maintenance.
• Certificate/Diploma in HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical or related engineering fields.
