1. Job Responsibility: Handling Employee Hiring Processes
- Post job vacancies on recruitment websites in line with departmental requirements.
- Regularly maintain and update recruitment channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interview appointments.
- Arrange interview receptions and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Communicate promptly with selected candidates regarding onboarding and send out offer letters.
- Organize and maintain recruitment files and records after the hiring process.
2. Job Responsibility: Compensation and Benefits Management
- Responsible for monthly employee attendance tracking and reporting.
- Review and approve employee leave requests and attendance corrections.
- Implement and monitor the performance appraisal system, including confirming assessment criteria, collecting performance data, and providing feedback.
- Responsible for monthly payroll calculation.
- Organize and maintain salary adjustment documents, compile relevant data, and implement approved changes.
- Responsible for the declaration and payment of employee social insurance, housing fund, and individual income tax.
- Responsible for developing the compensation system and designing the salary structure.
- Responsible for developing the year-end bonus system.
3. Job Responsibility: Employee Relations Management
- Responsible for the transfer in and transfer out of employee social insurance and housing fund accounts.
- Handle the onboarding process for new employees.
- Monitor and follow up on probationary assessments and provide guidance for new employees.
- Handle the offboarding process for departing employees.
- Manage the renewal of employment contracts and maintain employee personnel files.
- Maintain and update employee information in the OA and WeCom (Enterprise WeChat) systems.
- Handle the reporting of employee work-related injuries.
4. Job Responsibility: Report Compilation and Statistical Analysis
- Track and report employee onboarding and offboarding statistics.
- Maintain and update the employee roster.
- Compile and analyze workplace injury data.
- Compile and analyze labor cost data.
- Track productivity metrics based on employee working hours.
- Compile and analyze R&D expenditure data.
5. Job Responsibility: External Relations Management
- Coordinate and manage interactions with external regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with government labor agencies regarding employee-related policies and regulations.
- Maintain relationships and coordinate with external workforce partners.
6. Responsibility: Overseeing Documentation and File Management
- Stay up to date with HR policies and labor laws and provide timely feedback.
- Organize and file existing personnel records by individual in a timely manner.
- Ensure all active employees have signed the appropriate employment, labor, or service contracts.
- Manage and maintain the records of active, resigned, and retired employees according to inventory lists.
7. Job Responsibility: Complaint Investigation and Employee Disciplinary Actions
- Receive and log complaint reports.
- Submit complaint issues to relevant managers for investigation and resolution.
- Follow up on complaint resolutions and gather feedback from relevant departments.
- Administer rewards and disciplinary actions in accordance with the employee handbook and company policies.
- Document and archive complaint resolutions on a monthly basis.
8. Responsibility: Overseeing Organizational Culture Initiatives
- Plan and manage employee birthday events at multiple factory locations each month.
- Assist in organizing annual company events.
- Collect and record expense receipts after departmental events.
- Assist in the annual selection of outstanding employees.
9. Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Language Skills: Mandarin, English, and Malay
Work Competency: witted, proactive at work and with a positive attitude; honest, trustworthy, and willing to follow company arrangements.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Compensation Structure: Basic salary + position allowance; overtime pay calculated according to labor laws; pay EPF, SOCSO, etc. as required by the local government.
Salary Payment: Paid by the 7th of each month for the previous month’s salary.
