Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with universities to source for talents and participating in career fairs.
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipeline for potential applicants.
  • Coming up with ideas to improve recruitment process and according to current talent trends.
  • Identify the right talent source pool for talent recruitment.
  • Able to bring in new ideas and best practices from prior HR working experiences to assist growth of the HR function.
  • On the ground talent recruitment.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must at least a degree holders.
  • At least 3 years working experience.
  • Possess good communication skills and enjoy meeting people.
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
