Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Melaka. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day human resources tasks including benefits administration and HR management. The role includes ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws and supporting the implementation of HR policies and programs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end human resources support, including employee onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Coordinate and manage employee training and development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data
  • Oversee general office administration, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and supply management
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide HR-related guidance
  • Support the management team with special projects and other duties as required
Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar human resources and administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to priorities tasks and work under pressure
