You will support the HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with Malaysian Labour Laws. The ideal candidate has a degree in Human Resource Management and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Support and assist in the entire spectrum of HR functions
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
Maintain HRIS records and administer HR documentation.
Support employee relations, engagement initiatives, and welfare programmes.
Assist in performance management and training coordination.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
Prepare HR reports and manpower-related submissions.
Candidate must possess a Degree in Human Resource Management or other related fields
2-3 years’ experience in human resources roles
Well versed in Malaysian Labour Laws
Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for talent acquisition
Ability to multi-task
Meticulous with great attention to details
Effective organizational and communication skills
Pleasant personality, team player and have the right work attitude
