We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our growing team at ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT'. In this full-time role based in Muar District, Johor, you will play a key part in supporting the overall human resources functions of our dynamic consulting firm.

What you’ll be doing

• Handling the full spectrum of HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, employee data management, and leave tracking
• Assisting with the recruitment process, from screening applications to coordinating interviews
• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant HR policies and regulations
• Supporting the implementation of HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
• Providing general HR support and guidance to employees on a wide range of HR-related matters
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall HR strategy and objectives

What we’re looking for

• Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with HR management systems
• Passionate about contributing to a positive and collaborative work culture
