  • Handle employee insurance matters and renewals.
  • Coordinate training-related matters.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities
  • Process payroll accurately and complete it within the stipulated timeline.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory payments such as EPF, PCB, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, and other statutory contributions to the respective authorities.
  • Manage employee claims to ensure compliance with company policies and limits.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with the Company Handbook & Policies, particularly in relation to employee benefits and entitlements.
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports for the Accounts Department and Management.
  • Maintain employee personal files and prepare HR correspondences (e.g., employee confirmation, promotion, transfer, disciplinary, and other employment‑related letters).
  • Handle employee company insurance matters, including renewals and claims.
  • Manage HRDC Grant applications and claims submission.
  • Coordinate and support all training‑related matters.
  • Manage and administer the employee performance management system.
  • Assist in organizing company events and activities (e.g., festive celebrations).
  • Prepare and send employees’ e‑birthday announcements.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities as and when required.
  • In charge of departmental improvement projects.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
