Qualifications
- Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for entry-level consideration.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and complete it within the stipulated timeline.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory payments such as EPF, PCB, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, and other statutory contributions to the respective authorities.
- Manage employee claims to ensure compliance with company policies and limits.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with the Company Handbook & Policies, particularly in relation to employee benefits and entitlements.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports for the Accounts Department and Management.
- Maintain employee personal files and prepare HR correspondences (e.g., employee confirmation, promotion, transfer, disciplinary, and other employment‑related letters).
- Handle employee company insurance matters, including renewals and claims.
- Manage HRDC Grant applications and claims submission.
- Coordinate and support all training‑related matters.
- Manage and administer the employee performance management system.
- Assist in organizing company events and activities (e.g., festive celebrations).
- Prepare and send employees’ e‑birthday announcements.
- Assist in employee engagement activities as and when required.
- In charge of departmental improvement projects.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
