Job description
Overview

Assist in recruitment activities: job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and tracking recruitment expenses. Assist in monitoring and verifying staff attendance records, including overtime calculations. Support the review of staff reimbursement claims and the preparation of internal HR memos. Administer employee insurance matters (SOCSO, GPA/GHS) including updates, renewals, and claims. Conduct interviews for temporary/part-time/intern roles and support onboarding processes.

Training & Development
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate in-house training programs.
  • Serve as emcee or coordinator during training events.
  • Coordinate staff participation in external training programs.
  • Liaise with training vendors to confirm training schedules, materials, costs, and venues.
  • Conduct HR Orientation for new outlet employees.
  • Maintain systematic training documentation for easy access and compliance.
  • Manage training budgets, including HRD Corp claims and fund administration.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR and/or training functions is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — comprehensive training will be provided. Entry-level salary applies.
  • Good organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (some data entry in Mandarin required)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
