Responsibilities
  • Human Resource Management: Lead and manage all outlets functions including organization development, culture vitalization, manpower planning & budgeting, compensation & benefits, recruitment, retention, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and the implementation of new policies and procedures within the company as necessary.

  • Administration: Oversee the administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in corporate and employee support.

  • Legal & Compliance: Ensure all company operations comply with company policies, Business Conduct Guidelines, ESG Roadmap, Occupational Health & Safety, and internal and external legal and ethical standards.

  • Organization Development: Promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Managing organizational change to align with company objectives and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.

  • Corporate Risk Management: Identify and manage potential risks to the company's employees, customers, reputation, assets, and interests, including crisis management.

  • Corporate Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance the company’s image and ensure clear communication within and outside the organization.

  • Consultation Roles: Provide counselling & consultation services to employees to support their mental health and well-being, addressing personal and work-related issues and facilitating access to appropriate resources.
