The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills in Mandarin, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Law.
Understanding of Restaurant Best Practices, legal compliance, and job market trends.
Leadership skills to inspire and manage Kitchen & Operation teams and develop positive corporate culture in alignment with the corporate philosophy.
High emotional intelligence with abilities in strategic thinking, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making.

Human Resource Management: Lead and manage all outlets functions including organization development, culture vitalization, manpower planning & budgeting, compensation & benefits, recruitment, retention, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and the implementation of new policies and procedures within the company as necessary.
Administration: Oversee the administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in corporate and employee support.
Legal & Compliance: Ensure all company operations comply with company policies, Business Conduct Guidelines, ESG Roadmap, Occupational Health & Safety, and internal and external legal and ethical standards.
Organization Development: Promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Managing organizational change to align with company objectives and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
Corporate Risk Management: Identify and manage potential risks to the company's employees, customers, reputation, assets, and interests, including crisis management.
Corporate Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance the company’s image and ensure clear communication within and outside the organization.
Consultation Roles: Provide counselling & consultation services to employees to support their mental health and well-being, addressing personal and work-related issues and facilitating access to appropriate resources.
